Can I cancel any time?
Yes, via your account page above you can cancel or pause your account at any time. There is no minimum contract.
What do you do with my information?

The information we take during signup is used for that, and that only. With the exception of your email address, we will use that email updates regarding your membership.

We will never sell or give away your details.

What is your refund policy?

There is a link at the bottom of this page detailing the refund policy. In short, any new signup has a 30 day money back guarantee. No questions asked.

What if I'm having a problem with the website?

Please, contact me via this page with as much details as possible and I will get back to you as soon as possible..

Is your website safe and secure?

My whole website is encrypted, it has a security certificate. You can tell this by the green padlock at the top left of the URL.

What type of payments do you take?

I take PayPal and Stripe. Either of these can take credit card. If you are paying by credit card I would recommend Stripe, if you have a PayPal account I would recommend that. Both of these systems are secure and encrypted. I do not store your credit card information. That is handled by PayPal and Stripe.

What information do you store on my computer?

To recognise who you are when you are logged in I store a cookie in your browser cache. It is only used on this site, it has no tracking and I do not pass any permissions for the cookie to be used for anything else.
